Just one small inconvenience: is there a way to change display properties defaults? In my case when connecting to wireless display from this laptop, I need it to be left from laptop display but it will always be placed to right. If you still can't connect after multiple attempts, you can try uninstalling the"Wireless Display" app on your desktop (which should be available in Windows 10). I know this kind of problem can be annoying because I myself often use the wireless display feature between my laptop and desktop and have encountered similar issues.
